VietinBank Securities Joint Stock Company hereby discloses the meeting time, venue, agenda and materials of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM2026) of the Company as follows:
1. Đại hội đồng cổ đông (ĐHĐCĐ) thường niên 2026 của Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán VietinBank (Công ty/VBSE) được tổ chức vào 7h30’ ngày 21/04/2026 theo hình thức họp trực tiếp và địa điểm tổ chức đại hội tại Tầng 4, Tòa nhà N02-T2 Khu Đoàn Ngoại giao, Phường Xuân Đỉnh, Thành phố Hà Nội.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM2026) of VietinBank Securities Joint Stock Company (the Company/VBSE) will be held at 7:30 A.M on April 21, 2026, as the in-person meeting.
The Meeting venue is the 4th Floor, N02-T2 Building, Diplomatic Corps Area, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi.
2. Chương trình và tài liệu phục vụ ĐHĐCĐ thường niên 2026 được VBSE công bố trên trang thông tin điện tử của Công ty từ ngày 30/03/2026 theo đường dẫn https://www.vbse.vn/co-dong/dai-hoi-dong-co-dong-thuong-nien-2026/ và sẽ được VBSE tiếp tục cập nhật các nội dung sửa đổi, bổ sung (nếu có) để cổ đông truy cập và nghiên cứu trước khi tham dự ĐHĐCĐ thường niên 2026 của VBSE
